Fee Information There is a fee of $65 for one child, $90 for two children and each additional child is $15. Please be sure to add up how much you will owe. Follow the payment link found on the thank you page and enter in that amount when paying. If you would prefer to pay by check or with cash, please make checks payable to: St. Martin de Porres and put Faith Formation in the memo field.
